FIRST TRANSNATIONAL MEETING
We organized our first transnational meeting in Turkey on 16-17-18th October 2018. We planned our project activities and budget.

REPORT OF THE MEETING
Division of labour:
TURKEY will apply Joomag, Flixpress, Padlet, ThingLink, Fantashow, Powtoon, Quizlet, Kahoot, Actionbound, Cram, Scratch, StudyStack, Storyjumper, LearningApps.
ITALY will apply Blendspace, Myidol, Flipsnack, Quiver, Aurasma, Code.org, Photopeach, Phostermywall, Goanimate, Storybird, Prezi, Kizoa, Biteable, Tricider.
BULGARIA will apply Learning Designer, Mindmeister, Zoobe, Survey Monkey, Mentimeter, Edmodo, Explee, QR Code Generator and Reader, Dotstorming, Slideshare, Emaze, Educreations, Momentcam, Autorap.
GREECE will apply Voki, Blabberize, Jigsaw, Comic Creator, Writecomics, Toondoo, Tagul, Getloupe, Sway, Issuu, Animoto, Tripwow, Mindmeister, Plickers.
Tasks:
Turkey - will make a website, e-book
Italy - will compose a song about project subject and cultures
Greece - will prepare a project logo-poster
Bulgaria - will prepare a drama-video about European Values (equality and cultural diversity)
-All countries will have a blog (webpage) on main website and they will prepare their own works.
-All countries will prepare their own school introduction video
-All countries will make video on which there are interview with their own teachers and students about web 2.0 tools / digital technologies, their thoughts
- All countries will make a video of their own local and cultural introduction (such as food, clothing and folk dancing.)
- Each country will prepare a video of greeting, cultural traditions in own language.
-All works will be recorded and taken photos and will be sent to Turkey and then all the records will be broadcasted / published in website.
-Lesson presentations (especially with web 2.0 tools) will be recorded.
-In the process of project comments and thoughts of students and teachers will be broadcasted.
-Each partner will write report and evaluation after each mobility or meeting.
-In the process of project evaluation survey will be carried out and reported.
-Each school will have monthly meeting in their own schools, students' work will be checked and observed, school project notice boards will be created.
- After each mobility, all partners will have information meeting to the stakeholders in schools or neighbourhood.
- Online video-conference will sometimes be made.
-Facebook, WhatsApp, mail groups will be created.
-In these groups web 2.0 tools and application samples will be shared.
-In website, all countries will publish in their own language on their own page.
-We will inform the aims, needs, content and process of the project to our schools. We will found project club and project corner in our schools.
-We will exhibit our works periodically.
-We will prepare our own poster and logo.
-We will organize games and competitions (like Kahoot, Actionbound, Quizlet...) via web 2.0 tools. Winners will be awarded a prize.
-Each partner will be responsible for works, plans and carrying out of the project and has equal rights.
-Each partner will prepare a documentary on EU on 9th May (Europe day)
-We can contact and inform and also get help from local municipality, directorate of national education.
Budget Management:
-Each partner will manage own budget and contact national agency before/after the meeting.
-Contact person is responsible for communication and activities. School manager is responsible for budget management and administrative arrangement.
-In case of any problem, we can make changes.
-Host country is responsible for the arrangements of accommodation, transportation, stationery and city introduction tour and will inform guest countries.
-Each partner will prepare presentation and works and share in each mobility. We will do cultural exchange.
-After each mobility, each partner will prepare evaluation report, send digital outputs to Turkey in order to broadcast and will exhibit printable outputs in their own school board.
-At the end of the project, survey of student and teacher will be done and final exhibition will be done.
-In each mobility, host partner will present own work and if in need, other partner will contribute and we will choose/determine the best applications/works and broadcast on website.
-The insurance of travel and health will be done before coming/ travelling.
-After the mobilities Europass CV and Certificate of Participation will be given to the participants.
-Each partner will have information meeting to own school staff. If possible, we can/will inform our own media.
